Road Shot Book
For Sales Reps
In these days of our
struggling economy, most of us are trying to
save money any way that we can. Well we have
come up with a solution to this problem! I will
keep this as brief as possible as not to take up
to much of your valuable time.
We have found that the cost
of producing a road shot book for reps will cost
a manufacturer approximately $500.00 to
$1,000.00 per rep. Most manufacturers produce
new road shots for each new season’s line.
We at the NJ Technical
Alliance, Inc. have developed a way for
manufacturers to drastically cut the cost of
supplying their road reps with so call road
shots. We have created a digital road shot book
program that is affordable to everyone, that can
be placed on a laptop computer and updated
season after season.
It is simple the program
cost is $695.00. The initial setup cost for the
program is based on the manufacturer’s product
line. The manufacture will supply us with the
digital photos that are taken by their
photographer along with a description and
wholesale price of each product. We will then
embed them within the program. We will then
supply you with as many copies of the program on
CD that you may need for your reps to install on
their laptops.
We will maintain a database
of this information so that as each new season
approaches we can just add or delete products to
it and produce new updated CD’s. For this
service the charge will be $750.00 per season.
The total yearly savings will be considerable as
shown in the chart below.
Using the cost factor of
$750.00 per sales rep times the number of reps
using 2 seasons. We will use 8 reps as a guide.
That will cost you $12,000.00 per year. Multiply
that by as many years as you like.
Now compare the cost of the
program $695.00. The setup cost at approx.
$4000.00 and the same 2 seasons at $750.00 per
season. The cost will be only $6,195.00 for the
first year, thereafter the updates will only
cost you $1,500.00 per year.
That’s a saving of
$5,805.00 for the first year and a saving of
$10,500.00 every year thereafter.
We can also supply you with
the laptop computer at an additional cost with
the program installed if you choose.

used as a selling tool at trade shows by having
laptops on the table for potential clients to
